I dance every night now! I feel the difference in my mind and I start enjoying it. I think I did huge progress because I’m slowly losing tension, heavy feeling, and emptiness. Wow! I became richer!
You are a great dancer and now I know that you are a great teacher too! It was my first time working with you and I have to say that you adapted all the exercises to me. I discovered a lot of new things and now I know how to work on my problems!
I really really enjoyed how structured and clear your directions are. I realised that it really helped me to have a focussed practice even when feeling self-conscious about filming. I also liked the level of direction you gave for the number of moves to use, etc.
